CoachUP provides a step-by-step guide modeled for Realty ONE Group to empower you to achieve the greatest success possible as a Real Estate Coach. Following the principles of coaching’s best practices, combined with industry leading technology and learning tools, this 3-phase Certification will prepare you to lead all professionals in all market conditions.The objective of this course is to introduce a comprehensive, long-term solution to providing in-house support and coaching to your professionals. We will achieve this by completing the following modules:

Understanding what great coaches know and do.
Identifying the qualities and characteristics of a ONE Certified Coach
Establishing the foundation for ONE Coaching
Identifying when ONE Certified Coaches become Mentors.
Identifying when ONE Certified Coaches need to Counsel.
Defining the ONE Certified Coaches Certification System
Establishing Guidelines for ONE-on-ONE Coaching Sessions
Reviewing the ONE Certified Coaching Progress

DURATION

Phase 1 - Attend two 4 Hour Workshops
Phase 2 - Work with an Apprentice
Phase 3 - ONE on ONE interview and final approval with our ONE Coaching Team
